Our architectural fees are calculated depending on the size and complexity of your project, how much input you’d like us to provide, and your timeline. Every situation is unique, so once we fully understand your aspirations we put together a tailored quote based on how long it will realistically take for us to complete all the work required.

Preparing individual fee proposals ensures we can maximise the results for your project, whether you need some initial light-touch assistance or a comprehensive ‘start to finish’ service.

For a comprehensive service, it is advisable to set aside 10 – 20% of your overall construction budget for professional fees (which includes our fee, a structural engineering fee, and other expertise needed along the way). Whilst this might seem like a large sum, we find it’s better to be cautious at the start of a project rather than risk funds running low before completion!
