Our Services

We understand that the design and construction process can be daunting. We’re here to help demystify things.

Every project starts with a quick, informal chat – via either phone or email. We then encourage booking in an introductory, no obligation workshop.

1 │ Introductory ‘Ask an Architect’ Workshop

‍ ‍£150

‍ ‍

During this meeting we’ll explore what could be possible so you can make an informed decision on how to take things forward.

We will:

  • Discuss your project aspirations

  • Guide you through refining your brief

  • Outline the design and construction process

  • Help you set a realistic budget and timescale

  • Provide some early inspiration

After the meeting we can provide you with a tailored quote.

Following the workshop, you can choose to commission us for ‘full services’ (where we lead your project from start to finish) or take things stage by stage.

  • Using your brief and measured survey information, we identify constraints and opportunities with your existing space (and / or site), and prepare sketch design options for you to review. Ideas are brought to life through a mix of 2D and 3D information.

  • We work up your preferred sketch design and, once you’re happy, we prepare, submit and monitor the planning application on your behalf.

  • During this most intensive stage, we bring together the expertise of a structural engineer and any other professionals required to develop the technical drawings and reports for your project. We submit all necessary documentation to Building Control, and can also help you choose a builder to deliver your project.

  • We can oversee the progress of your project throughout its construction, helping to ensure the build is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.

  • Once you’re settled into your new space, we’ll keep in touch for a full year to make sure everything is performing as expected, and you’re happy with your build.
